Lake of the Woods

Lake of the Woods is a gated, lake/golf community in northeast Orange County, Virginia - approximately 14 miles west of historic Fredericksburg. We currently offer four custom home plans in the Lake, but we can also accommodate your plans.

Shenandoah Crossing is a gated community with an 18-hole championship golf course and a 60 acre, 1 mile long lake located just outside Gordonsville, VA, approximately 30 miles northeast of Charlottesville, VA, and 107 miles southwest of Washington, D.C. Stratford Harbor

Stratford Harbor is a Potomac River front community with a club house, pool and tennis courts located in northwest Westmoreland County, VA, just west of Westmoreland State Park and approximately 35 miles east of Fredericksburg, VA. Westmoreland County lies between the Potomac and Rappahannock Rivers on a peninsula known as Virginia's Northern Neck. Located halfway between Washington DC and the Chesapeake Bay, Westmoreland County offers easy access to both.
